Promoting Student Learning with Technology:  Putting course materials online in traditional, hybrid (blended), and online classes can provide positive learning experiences.  We’ll examine some practical teaching tips, tricks, and ideas for promoting student learning including readying students for going online, organizing courses around modules, promoting student interactions through threaded discussions, delivering important course content, building links to full-text journal articles and other electronic resources, responding to student work, creating archival collections of course projects, and helping to solve student problems.  Examples of previously taught online courses will be shared.
